HEY MOM!!
My week was good, where’s the pics lol. The weather has been windy and rainy, ugh. My bike has a broken spoke and so I bought some spokes to put on it. They are fixing it today. Church is at 1pm and idk about any information about the skype call yet. THE ONE TIME IM GONE THE JAZZ GET TO THE SECOND ROUND!!!!!! UGH. BUT AWESOME!!!!!!! I’m trying to think right now about a spiritual story or such that you could share in sacrament. Oh ok so it was right after p day and we thought about going over to this family with 10 kids(they kind of dropped us before), and we had the inspiration to do so. So we got on our bikes and started biking over, when I was biking I heard a pop and my bike tire was flat. So with that we walked over to their house and asked if we could come in. They were just starting dinner and (as always) she invited us to have dinner with them.  So we ate and talked and then we shared our testimony's about how we know this is true. I told the whole family that if I didn’t know this was true I would not be sitting right here telling you this. And then we shared a couple of scriptures and as we were leaving she’s like "so when are yall coming back?" We were like oh well what day would you like us back, and so on and so forth.  We got to teach them again and they let us come back and teach them. I got my tire fixed by the way. But the spirit was so strong in there you could tell everyone could feel it. Missions are hard, so is life. Get used to it. I know I have to. But with my Saviors help anything is possible.
That’s cool about Ashton and Chaz!! Can’t believe it.  Dan will learn from his hard companion. I got through Elder Matthews so he can get through that guy. But it’s tough.
THAT’S AWESOME YALL ARE FINALLY FEEDING THE MISSIONARIES! Pizza I think is fine, members do feed us dessert. Tell ash and ty that they will get to meet new people and tell them this…Ash and ty I have to go in stranger’s homes all the time and you’re griping because you’re having the missionaries over. Wow. Come on guys. Make them feel at home, they have it rough enough.  They are away from family.
MONDAY- after we emailed we went to Sparkman and had a nerf war. Lol it was so fun. Then we went home and went to the store and then we went to our dinner appointment at the Lauder's. We went over to see William and then we went to Walmart because Elder Ratigan had to go to the bathroom.  I walked passed this lady and she’s like Roll Tide!!!!(she saw my backpack) and then we had a conversation with her and then we went home for the night.
TUESDAY-  Today we got up and went to Birmingham.  On the ride up we talked and listened to some music and talks.  While Elder Ratigan was in the office there was a lady that just started talking to me and so I talked with her and she really appreciated our service. Then we started the long drive back and I drove this time. It was nice lol. Then we got the zls and they took us home. We went to our dinner appointment with the Rodartes and then we went to Williams’s house and taught him a bit about the plan of salvation and then we went home and went to the zls for our exchange. We had a fun night.
WEDNESDAY- Today we got up and worked out and started studies and then we went on our exchange.  I went with Elder Smith and we had district meeting and talked about our idea of doing a Meet the Mormons Expo happening on the 20th.  I gave a training on being bold and assertive and then we went and knocked on some doors and saw a German lady and then we went back home and had a bbq. We had burgers, fries and some good food. Then we talked with this guy Thomas (he’s the one that sent the pic) then we hit the hay.
THURSDAY- Today we got up and went and worked out and then the zls took us home and we went over to this guy Eric’s home and taught him and he said he wants to be baptized but his wife is the problem.  So we will pray for him.  We came home and did weekly planning and then we went and saw Breanna and then we went to Ruby Tuesday and had dinner with a member.  We showed an analogy and then we went and saw Cameron and then we were on our way to see the Roots but then my spoke broke and so I rode carefully over there and then we talked with them and then they took us home.
FRIDAY- Today was a good day.  We went to Sparkman in the morning and Elder Ratigan interviewed a baptismal candidate. He passed then we went to Monte Sano and got some medicine and then we came back and then we went to the Haymonds and had dinner.  We went and saw Eric and then we went home and that was the night.
Sorry these are short, we are leaving soon to go to lunch and go and play frisbee golf with Seth. He’s a member that was on his mission then came home on his year mark for something.
SATURDAY- Today was a busy day.  We got up and went and helped someone move and then we went and had a meeting about the expo and then we went to Olive Garden and I LIKED IT!!! We went home and went over to a members and had dinner and then we came home and met someone at little caesers. That was the day.
SUNDAY- Today we got up and had coordination meeting and then ward council and then we had church.  It started raining very hard and then we went home and we had a dinner appointment with the Krigers and then we went and tried to see some people and that was the day.
MONDAY- Today we got up and then we did studies and then we went to the bike shop.  Then we came here.  We just got back from Jasons Deli with a member of the Byrd Springs ward.  I had a deli cowboy with roast beef, bbq sauce and cheese.
No plans this week.  Just on Friday we have an investigator coming to dinner at a members house with us.
The Foils haven’t really been wanting to see us. Don’t know why.
To explain my pictures, I found the $20 on the ground in the parking lot on Saturday night.  The one is a billboard in Alabama lol! Ruby Tuesday is one of the pics and the exchange with the zls and driving to Birmingham.
Transfer calls are the night before mother’s day!!
I’ve felt the spirit so much more out here and I’m starting to love the teaching!!
THANK YOU MOM!!   I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART!  NEVER FORGET THAT!
LOVE YOU FOREVER! HAVE A GOOD WEEK!!!
