December 25, 2017 Inverness AL with Elder Lewis

********************

Update on Kaden!

We talked with him for about an hour on Christmas.  He was transferred to Inverness with Elder Lewis.  They aren't sure what is going on with Elder Lewis's passport problems, just that he needs to get a new one and they are hoping for Jan. 2.  He is still a little bummed about not being with "the two cool Elders" from Ensley but is making the best of it with Elder Lewis.  He told us "I'm sure there is a reason" for it all.

He is happy and healthy!

December 18, 2017 -- Ensley AL with Elder Bayer and Elder Standfird

Hey mom!

I was transferred to Ensley Al. Yeah I know what you think but it’s not that bad. And I’m in a trio. It’s me Elder Bayer and Elder Standfird. They’re awesome!! Elder Bayer has been out for 1 year and is from Kansas and Standfird 16 months and from Utah.  But I also just got a call from President and he’s gonna change it and put me with Elder Lewis (my Trainer from Jamaica) for a transfer and then he’s gonna go home. So I most likely will go to this area called Inverness. So I’m kinda stressed out of my mind right now.  Ensley is a car area and idk about Inverness.  I don’t know anything about skyping this time mom. I’m so stressed because idk where I’m gonna skype and I’m nervous to leave again. President just said that he wanted to know if he could put me with Elder Lewis in Inverness just until next transfer. And I’ll let you know what happens in a couple of days. And that’s all he said. Elder Lewis has to go back to Jamaica and so I guess there might have been problems with his passport. I hate going somewhere and then moving me to another place after. Ugh, it bugs me so much but oh well I guess. I know it’s with Elder Lewis but I still don’t want to leave. I sent President a message and basically told him I didn’t want to move again. But I think I’ll have to move because I don’t have a choice in this I guess.

For the packages just send them to the mission office. Here’s the address if you don’t know what it is. Just send the address to everyone. I’ll get them sometime. 3100 Lorna Rd Ste 107  Birmingham AL 35216.  Until I find a solution to what the heck is happening you’ll just have to send them there and I will get them

I thank yall for the prayers. I need them right now. Love to hear about the stuff at home now. Here’s my week.

MONDAY-  so we got the transfer news that night and I wasn't surprised what happened so we played ball in Camden and I sucked because I was so nervous who I was getting and where I was going and then we drove back and went to bed.

TUESDAY- So we got up and we went to district meeting and then we shared our testimonies and then we went to Magnolia and talked and went to dirt cheap and then we came back and went to Docs and talked with her and said my goodbyes and then we went to Beths.  She cooked food and we talked and watched family feud and then we said goodbye and took a pic and then we went home for the night. I packed mainly that night.

WEDESDAY- we got up and I got dressed and put all my stuff in the car and drove up to transfers and we got to the meeting I was called to Ensley in a trio.  So we got our stuff packed and then we went to the apartment and we went to move some stuff for a lady and then we went to a really good chicken place and then we went to the church to get a projector and then we went and had bible study at the church which we watched a movie and then we went home after that.

THURSDAY- today we got up and we went to the mission office to get some packages and then we went to see this person Wilma and then we went to Walmart and bought some groceries and then we went home and ate some food.  We went and saw these people Megan and Megan and then we went home after that.

FRIDAY- today we got up and we went to see this guy Curt and he has a bap date for the 23rd of this month.  We taught him about the word of wisdom. And then we went to see this person Shelly and we talked with her and then we went to Walmart and tried to contact people but nothing so we went home and played some board games.

SATURDAY-  today we went to try and see Shelly and then we went and saw some less actives who were cool and then we went and took the bike rack off of the sisters car and then we went and had dinner and then we tried to see some other people but nothing. You have to be careful at night in Ensley. There is a lot of crime here.  It’s a lot worse than Selma.

SUNDAY- Today we went to church and I blessed the sacrament and then we went and had other classes and then we went to priesthood and then the church put on a Christmas lunch and I met a bunch of people.  Then we went home and Elder Bayer wasn’t feeling good so he took a nap and so did we and then we went out after dinner and we tried to see Shelly but she wasn’t home so we went home and played board games.

Monday- today we helped some missionaries move and then we ate lunch and then we came here.  I’ll send you some pics.

I thought I was staying in Selma so I got some food then forgot it. Ugh. And now I have food here and am moving again.  It’s been a long week.

We also have a Christmas party on Thursday. We have a small tree in the apartment but that’s about it.

After emailing we are just going back to the apartment. There’s nothing else we can do tonight. But stay in, too scary.

Well mom we will be leaving the college soon but we have some computers at the apt complex so I’ll talk to you later if I get more details about the following days and if I’m leaving.

Love you forever too,
Elder Webb

****Later in the evening****

Hey mom, I’m at the complex.

I just got off the phone with President. He said he had an apartment in Inverness that he’s been paying 1000 dollars for and he wanted that to be used so he’s gonna put us there.  There is already a set of missionaries in Inverness.  He said when Elder Lewis went to the airport, he found out his passport had expired and he couldn’t go home and he was so depressed and he still kinda is so pres. didn’t want to have a lot of trios in the mish so he put Lewis there and he prayed and decided to put me there to cheer him up a bit and let him enjoy the rest of his time here. Plus President told me he trusted me to do that for him. He knew I’d accept a hard choice. So we will be together until he gets a new passport which could be 3 or 4 weeks to a transfer.  And if he gets it before the transfer ends I will be put back in Ensley but if he goes for a full transfer I could move somewhere else. So we will see but in the meantime I will be in Inverness. I leave tomorrow.

Elder Lewis was an AP and I have no idea why they don’t keep him there.  Elder Lewis apparently wanted to go somewhere else.

Yeah I know things happen for a reason.  And yeah I guess it’s better with Lewis than someone else.

I’ll try and hang in there.  He’s been using that all my life. (I told him Heavenly Father needs to use his big teddy bear personality right now).

I will let you know about Monday if I find out any details.  Thanks mom!!!!!!!!! And please pray for Elder Lewis to get his passport as soon as possible!

LOVE YOU FOREVER AND EVER. CAN’T WAIT TO TALK TO YALL!

December 11, 2017

Hey mom!

As you can see it did snow.  We did end up staying at the Columbiana elders apt because it was too late to go back so we stayed the night and then we got up and we saw exactly what is in the first pic. It surprised all of us. It did seem colder than the night before though. So we got a text right after the pic that said we had to stay inside and we couldn’t drive so we couldn’t leave (although all of us were from Utah so we were like come on guys). We were all talking about how nobody can drive in this. People were going 25mph in slush. Barely slush. It was bad lol.

So we stayed and played Scum for most of the day.  We played beer pong (NOT WITH BEER BUT WITH KOOL AID) and that was really fun and then we all decided to go to Walmart and get some food and so we went to Walmart and then came home and played more scum and then we went to their church and then me an Elder Church were gonna head back to Selma.  So we called Beth and she said I wouldn’t come back her boyfriend Randy couldn’t get out of his hunting club and it’s still snowing so we stayed another night. So we then played more scum and we added punishments to make it more fun.  So one of the punishments was Elder Church had to do a snow angel shirtless and one of the other guys had to wax their arm pit with a wax strip and then of course I lost so they decided to wax my chest.  It hurt so much. Then we went to bed.

So we got up the next morning and then we went to Arbys and then we went home.  I showered and got ready then we went and saw Marcus(recent convert) to see how he was doing. His house burned down last week on Wednesday and so the branch is trying everything they can do to help him. So then we went to docs and then we went home for the night.

Sunday we went to church and Elder church gave a talk and then we went to see some less actives and one crazy Beth gave us some candles.  They light up with a remote. They’re cool. Then we went and saw doc during the day.

We have d meeting on Tuesday like a testimony one and that’s the week.

NOTHING FOR TRANSFERS YET. We will hear about it tonight. I’m so nervous. Plus I won’t know where I’m going or who I’m getting. I’d like to stay one more then head out of Selma. People don’t want me to leave lol. It’s just nerve racking and I remember a thing Elder Lewis told me that the one thing he won’t miss is transfers lol. He’s leaving on Wednesday for Jamaica, sad right.

I sent Elder Lewis this email today - Oh My the last Monday till you leave I’m so sad man!!!!!! Thanks for being an Awesome trainer to me. Even when I was not doing well you still showed me love and I am very grateful for that.  Love you forever bro. Take care.

Elder Lewis reply - aww thank you brother it’s sad but I’m holding in, and man I miss those times so much.  The days in Wetumpka.  Enjoy every moment man because you won’t get another time like this to serve.

No snow for yall then? The snow is already melted here. Lol

We just heard they’re closing down Camden for missionaries. The ones there will leave and there won’t be any coming back after them. So if I stay it’ll be us and magnolia unless they change it.

Well were gonna head to Camden! Thanks for all you’ve done and I’m gonna keep trying and I pray about our family every day. I pray for dad and the safety of you guys back home and I’m having the most fun I can have until it’s time for me to head home.

LOVE YOU FOREVER AND EVER!!!!!
Elder Webb

*****This was his little email with his dad*****

Hey dad!! Yeah the snow is weird to people down here but not to us. They freak out! Lol. My bike is good.  I just need to pump up the tires that’s about it. I’ve just been checking on it a bit just feeling the tires. I hear the Chargers are doing good.  Lol.  Doc made Tater Tot casserole one day and we ate it that day and I’ve made it once. I haven’t been homesick since Weatherly.

Usually the missionaries tell their dads about the bad stuff cause the moms will freak out and worry. That’s why sometimes I’ll tell you some of the stuff cause you know you’ve been here before. Can’t wait to be back in the ward again though. It’ll be different than when I left lol. Love you dad!

December 7, 2017

Hey Mom!

Sorry for the late response, we just got back to Columbiana. It’s closer than home to email and we know the Elders here.

I had a great birthday.  We had a multi district meeting with the zone and afterwards all the missionaries there sang to me.  Then we went to longhorn steakhouse and then I went and saw Kenny on the way back. So it was a pretty good birthday. I got your package and gmas letter.  Transfers:  I have no idea whats gonna happen.  I could stay or go.  Pres didn't tell me anything. We won’t know until Monday night and we won’t know where we are going or who we are getting. I hate it but I guess I’ve got to get used to it because this is the normal now. I’ll ask Sister Talbot to text you if I’m getting transferred.  If I do leave were gonna go to that person Beths home and have the last dinner.  OH and she made me a cake on Tuesday that said Happy Birthday Deacon Do Little. It’s my nickname. It was cool.

IM 20 YEARS OLD!!!!!!!!!!! OUCH MY BACK!!!!!!!! LOL. But I can’t believe it.  I can see myself more mature and growing up.

The weather is rainy and it’s got pretty cold.

Here are some pics. That’s docs tree. She’s getting baptized on March 17 and I’ll be going back for the baptism. I think she will go through with it as long as Pres keeps it like it is.   The other picture has the famous historical Selma bridge in the background.

Ok!!!!!!!!!! Love you mom!!!!!!!!!!!
MISS YOU AS WELL!!!!!!!!!! 7 MORE!!!!!!!!!

November 27, 2017

Hey mom,

I’m doing good. We are in Millbrook right now and so I will just tell you about our week instead of the mon through fri, I have pics for you this week.

I love the pictures of Thanksgiving.  I love those and I’m so glad that dad is doing well.  I’ve been praying for him and his health and yall as well.

Thanksgiving was good.  We had lunch at the Talbot's.   We played scum and we took pics and talked and that was about it. And then we went to Docs and were there for the rest of the night. We had fun but it wasn't as fun as last year.

We had district meeting and we played bocce for the icebreaker and we had a great meeting.  I said the closing prayer as well. We had lunch at the martins and later that night we went to the Harmony club and they gave us both pocket knives and I got a new watch from them.  It’s really nice.

We had a zone activity today and before we had a flag football game at 730. While we were driving there I got pulled over in a construction zone for going 58 in a 35. The officer took my license and asked for proof of insurance and while I was looking for that he looked at me and said just be careful and gave me my license back and let us go. I didn’t see the sign for that but as soon as the cop saw me I knew I messed up and he appreciated me pulling over before he turned on his lights. Lesson learned.  #blessed.  It was a miracle because I thought I was gonna get a huge ticket. That was an experience. Don’t worry, you know I’m a good driver anyways. So it’s ok.

We then played ball and we went to an island for the activity.  We had a hot dog eating contest and I participated in the pie eating contest. I got 2nd place lol. And then we played some more stuff then we came here to email with Millbrook.

Nobody is speaking of the football game. Alabama was just awful. We won’t have pday on Monday. The temple trip is next week and so they moved Pday to Thursday. But I’m still gonna do stuff on my birthday with Camden. Don’t know what but I will let you know next week. One more birthday and then I can share it with my family. I have a week left of being a teenager. It’s sad but I’m moving on with life. Nobody’s offered to do anything on my bday.  Doc will prob do something on my bday but that’s about it.

We did service for a member.  We moved a bunch of plywood and we helped him put together his smoker and we moved a water heater. That was on Wednesday and we didn’t do that much service besides that during the week. We have people that would like us to come so we will have more stuff next week to do. In small towns like this there isn’t that much to do. We try to find more investigators but people just like their own stuff. We try to do more service to soften people. Service softens stony souls.

Elder Church likes Selma, he enjoys it. I play basketball and play football but other than that I don’t get much exercise. Also, Doc will be baptized March 17th or 18th. We finally figured it out.

There’s a pic from a year ago and now at the same spot.

THANK YOU MOM!
LOVE YOU FOREVER!!!!!!!!
Elder Webb

Here’s a song that I almost cry to when I hear it. A member in Selma shared it with me.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ECKoDl5zy_g  (Garth Brooks...Mom)

November 20, 2017

Hey mom!!!!!!!!

My week was pretty good.  We did some service and we had an exchange on Friday to Saturday. Nothing new in Selma right now.  Everyone is getting ready for Christmas and Thanksgiving. Next weekend is the Alabama and Auburn game so it may be a little bit of a hectic day next week. It hit me today that I have 3 weeks left of being a teen. How sad. But cool.  Plans for thanksgiving are to go to the Talbots, our branch president, and have dinner there. The Talbots signed up to feed us on thanksgiving so we are going there and not Docs.  They have 4 kids, ones moved out and one is 22 Taylor and ones on a mission in Idaho named Bruce, and then a 15 year old named Braxton. That’s all we have planned for thanksgiving.

The blowup with Doc is all over now. It’s in the past.

I’ve grown out here without even noticing. I’ve been a lot more spiritual and a lot more responsible and a lot more fun. Lol. I like to hear about the week even if yall don’t have much going on.  Btw I don’t have any pics this week.
Anyways here’s the week.

MONDAY- We left the library and went to our dinner appointment and we had a good time talking about missions and then we went home for the day and we had a conference call at 9 that night and I gave a blessing and then we went to bed.

TUESDAY- Today we went over to the train depo and talked to Beth and then we went to docs and started painting and that’s when Elder Church spilt some paint so she was a little ticked and then went back home and showered and then we went and got some milk and dropped it off at docs when she wasn't home.  Then we tried to go see some other people but that didn’t work so we ended the night with watching the Joseph Smith movie.

WEDNESDAY- Today we got up and we went to see Sarah and then we went to Docs and dropped some stuff off to her and she forgave us and then we went and picked up some boxes for us and then later that day we went and had dinner at the Schermans.  He wanted a blessing so we gave him a blessing and then we had a spiritual thought and then we said a prayer and then helped him lift some stuff and then we went home and then to Walmart and then home that was the day.

THURSDAY- Today we went to the food pantry at 830 and helped till 12 and they gave us food afterwards and then we went to see Marcus and talked with him and then we went home and changed and then we went to Docs and helped her with some stuff.  Then we went and had interviews with the mission president and him and his wife both told us that we all could be getting android phones sometime next year April.  We would have to pay for it, but we keep it also for after the mission. Then they took the district out to lunch and then we went to Docs and she made Tater tot casserole and she never had it so we tried it and she made it really good. She even liked it and then we went home after that.

FRIDAY- Today we went to district meeting and I gave the closing prayer and then we went to Thomasville and had an exchange there and I went with Elder Robertson and all 4 of us went to this guy Joes home and he bought us dinner and then we went back to Thomasville and went and tried to see some people and then we all met up at dollar general and while we were there I got a call from Kenny from Wetumpka saying that I needed to come visit before I head home so I told him ill come sometime and then we talked with a guy and then we went home and played Scum and then we went to bed.

SATURDAY- Today we all got up and played Scum and then we went and raked leaves for 3 hours and then the lady gave us money and so we went to taco bell and then we went back to their apt and played scum and ate and then we went to see this person Rusty and she gave us 60 bucks to get food and then we went home and had dinner and comp study and we all went around the room saying what we learned from everyone.  Mainly everyone said that he’s a guy that will have fun with anything no matter what the job is he has fun with it. And he’s not afraid to talk to people. So I thought that was cool and then we finally went home and it was rainy and windy.

SUNDAY- Today we got up and went to church and we blessed the sacrament again and then we went home and had lunch and then we went to see Doug Buster and he’s like yall are celebrity's in the newspaper. (the thing from last week) and so we talked with him and then we went over to Crazy Beths and we talked with her and then she ordered pizza for us and then we left and went home and showered and went to Camden to watch the face to face and then we spent the night with them and that was the night.

MONDAY- Today we got up and came to the church and we are taking turns emailing and playing scum and bocce and we will play ball tonight and then head back home then. Right now, we are playing card games and waiting for the weather to get warmer so we can play bocce.

We sometimes eat home.  Elder Church likes to cook small stuff like ramen and hot dogs. He’s the oldest of 6 and his parents are divorced. He is the first missionary out.

That sounds fun for dad to go run errands.  At least dad can go places and not sit on the couch. He hated when I did that.
He just talked about my goals and how I need to wake up on time better.  And how I find new investigators and what investigators I have.

So that was the week and we don’t have any other plans.
I WILL MISS YALL TOO ON THANKSGIVING BUT IT ISNT FOREVER, SO ITS THE LAST TIME. JUST YOU WAIT, ILL BE HOME BEFORE YOU KNOW IT!

November 14, 2017.. Handwritten Letter

To my family,

Hey!

So today was kind of depressing.  We just got back from Doc's and Elder Church spilt a lot of paint and so Doc just told us we are done for today.  So we just got home.  Doc is so mad right now.  But MOM don't worry about it.  I'm trying to cheer up Elder Church, he feels so bad.  So that's whats been going on today, Lol.

SO ON TO THE LESS DEPRESSING PART OF MY LETTER!

Me and Elder Church have got along so well.  I think he's my 2nd favorite companion.  I have 8 months left!  Like WOW!  Can't believe how far I've come.  I've loved my mission.  I've made so many friends out here.  I've seen things in my Patriarchal Blessing come true.  Even ya'll at home.  I've gained a better relationship with Heavenly Father.  I love this gospel with all my heart.  I love you all and thank you all for not giving up on me.  Thanks for helping me press forward.  Peace!!

Can I get another family calendar for next year?  Just like the one I have?  That would be so cool!

ROLL TIDE ROLL!

Love, Elder Webb

November 13, 2017

Hey Mom!

Sorry for the late response.  We just got back from Camden. We were playing ping pong and card games and now we are here. I won’t have time again to do the weekly thing but I’m still telling you stuff that we did.

Wow dad had surgery. I was worried about that. He looks really nervous on the hospital bed, but glad it went well. Things are still going well with me and Elder Church. Elder Church likes Selma. People told him it was bad but he’s got a new perspective. Plus he’s been in a smaller area named Locust Fork.

The spiritual experience this week was a referral. So we stopped at a house to drop off a bible and book of mormon and so we found the lady and we were about to leave and she says yall should come in and teach me about this. So we went in and had a lesson with her and talked to her about church and she was so interested that she was excited to come. So we prayed with her and then we left. She didn’t come to church but we were expecting her to just blow us off but she invited us in. It was really cool. She told us we can come back any time so we will get back with her.

That’s cool about grandpa and Shane helping with Christmas lights. It’s good that ash and ty are helping out. They need to.

We are helping Doc paint and set up her Christmas tree.  Her house is HUGE so we are painting a downstairs wall just behind the Christmas tree. We had zone conference on Friday as well.  It wasn’t too good. It was really boring this time just the same teachings nothing new. I saw some of my past comps though. Elder Lewis is going home this transfer so I took a pic with him and I saw bro Robinson and I talked with him about dad and he said he would tell Mathew sometime. But that’s about it.

My pictures are of me in a cotton field.  We also put Christmas lights up in our room. We went to a tractor show on Saturday and got marshmallow guns lol.
The only thing I know going on this week is just doing service for doc, the food pantry and maybe a member. Doc invited us for thanksgiving but idk if we will get anyone else.

Sis Belnap, a single lady in our branch is feeding us at 6.  There will be more people because of mission rules not allowing her to feed us alone.   Doc is older, there’s a certain age that you have to be, so she clears it to feed us alone.

Tell dad I love him and I hope his recovery goes well.

November 6, 2017 -- Elder Church

Hey mom,

We are in Wetumpka giving Elder Dawson some stuff back so I won’t have long to email since there is only 2 computers. I’ve been doing good, the adjustment went just fine. I love my comp right now. Elder Church is awesome.  We get along so well.  He’s been out for 13 months and is from Clearfield UT. I mainly drive right now and then I’ll start letting him drive. I’m letting him get used to the area first. Doc isn’t gonna be baptized till March and I will be allowed to come back. President changed his mind. One of the missionaries she wants to come to her baptism went home and is in school and he will have spring break in March so then he can come too.  People are still saying that me and Dawson are legends in the mission for getting her to say yes. Lol. You shouldn't of told me about dad. I’m so worried for him right now. He’s the only man that can provide and he’s out for weeks. Ugh. Well I guess I’ll keep praying for him. Here’s the week.

TUESDAY- After the library we went and saw Beth and we went and saw Doc and had lunch at a couple’s home.  Then we went home and Elder Dawson packed his stuff in the car and then we went up to the Alabaster Elders apartment to stay the night after the temple. Then we went and got some dinner and went to the temple. I loved it. It was awesome.  We will be going back in December.  Then after we took pics and then we went back to the Alabaster Elders place which was Butterfield and Henre.   We spent the whole night talking because he went home on Wednesday. So that was the day.

WEDNESDAY- we got to the transfer building and we found out who our comps were and Butterfield served with Church so we already had that in common. After the meeting we went to Moes and then we went to Wetumpka to drop elder Dawsons stuff off. He has alot of crap. Then we went back to Selma. He unpacked and we went to Docs and we went and saw some other people and I just introduced him to the area.

THURSDAY- We went and got McDonalds for breakfeast and then we went to the food pantry and Elder Church bagged while I handed out stuff and then we went to see Marcus. It rained a lot in the morning. Then we went to the store and  we got groceries and then we went to see Beth and introduce him to her and then we went and saw doc for awhile and we had dinner there.  We had burritos and then we went to try and see some people but no go so we went home and we watched the best 2 years.

FRIDAY- Today we got up and I went to Walmart and got some shampoo and then we went to district meeting and it was alot better than last time. we have a new district leader Elder Breathweight and I gave a training on the Holy Ghost and then we went to the Martins and had some good food.  Then we went to Dirt Cheap in Magnolia and then we went home and had dinner at Docs and then we went to the Harmony club to introduce Elder Church to them. That was the day.

SATURDAY- We went and put designs on t shirts at the Harmony club and did some more service and that lasted till about 3 then we went home and showered.  We went to Docs and then we went to try and see some people and then we went to the Harmony club where we had a fun time there and everyone likes Elder Church. He’s short and I’m tall so it’s kinda funny seeing us in Selma. Lol.

SUNDAY- Today we went to church and I have been blessing the Sacrament every Sunday since I’ve been here. So then we went to see some less actives but they weren't home so we went to see Doc and then answered some questions she had and then we went to see the Busters but they weren’t home so then we packed up our stuff and went to Wetumpka and spent the night there. Its bringing memories back a ton. Lol.

MONDAY- Today we are at the Wetumpka building.  We are emailing and playing bball and then we will head back to Selma in a while and go see some people. We will probably go to Camden and play ball tonight. Elder Dawson is biking and so he wanted to use our car so he can get some stuff from Walmart. Sister Underwood lives in Kansas now because she got a divorce with bro Underwood. It was sad to hear.

In the one pictures, we are shoveling sand and dirt off of the sidewalk.

Thanks mom and love you forever and ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

October 31, 2017

Sent October 25, 2017

Hey mom, we just found out that transfers are really gonna be different. We are still getting calls on Saturday but the call will only tell us if we are being transferred.  We won't know who we are getting or where we are going until transfer day. I hate it. LOVE YOU THOUGH!

Sent October 31, 2017

Hey mom!

I don’t have much time so here’s a couple of quick things that happened. I’m staying in Selma, Elder Dawson is leaving, Doc will be baptized next year (pres said no past missionaries can come so we will wait till after the mission) and we got professional pics from a photographer on Friday at the Harmony Club. We didn’t find out the transfer news till last night, so we are moving quick for Elder Dawson. I know you wanted me to be transferred, lol, but my trend is still going. Camden elders are staying.  We will be getting a new district leader though.
I’m not going to do the weekly thing because I don’t have a lot of time, but here’s some stuff that was the highlight of the week.

BOEZ ARTS BALL- Friday we went to the Harmony club for boez arts ball and we went as the men in black.  Elder Dawson let me use his black tie. There were some really weird people there but there was a lot of people that we knew and we had a lot of people thinking we were the security for the night. Haha.  It was fun.  There was food and movies and we got our pictures taken. Those people will send them to us and I will send them to you. That was it of that.

INTERVIEWS- We had interviews last week and mine was good.  President had nothing to criticize me about. I asked him about transfers and he told me he doesn’t know but then I told him I liked to stay in areas longer and he was like oh ok. So yeah. In Elder Dawsons interview President told him that missionaries will not attend Docs baptism.  The only ones who will get to go is the Selma Elders. So Doc didn’t like that and pushed it to next year after we are all off our missions. So that’s what happened with that.

TRANSFERS- They will be different this time.  We will only find out if we are being transferred and that’s it. We don’t find out till we get to the transfer building. So a lot of missionaries are not happy with this and plus we found out last night which makes us even more mad. So this week was full of frustration.
So after this we are saying goodbye to people then at 4 we are going to Birmingham to go to the temple for a recent convert that he baptized in North Port, writing president and doing numbers and emailing everyone else.  Tonight we are staying in Alabaster so we can be in Birmingham for the transfers.

I’ve been on edge since Saturday worried about transfers, but every one of my companions has been one I can survive. I’ll hang in there. I will email a lot more next week. Alright we are leaving. So I love you mom and I pray for yall daily and I will try my best with the new guy.

LOVE YOU FOREVER
Elder Webb
